Microsoft unveiling the Windows 11

Microsoft has been creating a huge impact in the field of technology and innovation. A platform over a billion people today rely on Windows is the place people go to create, connect, learn, and achieve. This unfolded with Microsoft acquiring Danger Inc. The company instead focused on cloud computing now they are focusing more on the hardware, a move that helped the company’s shares reach their highest value since December 1999, since Satya Nadella took over as CEO in 2014. One of the most significant updates of Windows of the past decade is coming very soon. He has been using it over the past several months and he is incredibly excited about the next generation of Windows.

A calm and creative space where you can pursue your passions through a fresh experience is provided by Window s 11. A new way to connect to your favorite people, news, games, and content from a rejuvenated Start menu—Windows 11 is the place to think, express, and create naturally. Every organization will not only need to adopt new technology. More importantly, they have to build their own latest technologies.

What are the requirements of Window 11?

The requirements of Windows 11 are different. Here, you will need a processor that has two or more cores and a clock speed of 1GHz or higher. A RAM of 4GB or more is also needed, and storage at least 64GB. A TPM security version of TPM 1.2 or higher and SecureBootCapable support is also needed for Windows 11.

All machines running Intel’s sixth and seventh-generation processors are not eligible to get the new update. The A-series and FX-series, along with Ryzen 1000 and most Ryzen 2000 chips on AMD-based systems, will not be able to run Windows 11.

New features of Windows 11

Well, many people have gotten to know about new features of Windows 11 before because of the leaked version of it. But after the event on 24th June 2021, there is now a clear idea about new functions and features. Here we are going to discuss the new features in detail.

Setting it up:

The whole setup process can have the new font and newer look inspired for Windows 10X. The new resolution is 1600 by 1200. This is an uncommon resolution for the desktop or laptop monitor. Host operating system is another operating system running inside. This special change is due to security. Especially when you do not trust the source of the software.

Floating taskbar menu

This is going to be the latest update of Windows. Floating taskbar menu design will give new modern. In simple words, the start menu, action center, and menus will be separated from the taskbar menu. This gives a modern look to it.

Android apps

One of the latest changes that Windows 11 will have is Android Apps. People will notice Android apps in the Microsoft Store and will be able to download them through the Amazon Appstore, starting later this year. The company has also announced that it will add some of its native apps like Microsoft Teams, Visual Studio, and even Notepad and Paint to Microsoft Store and also Disney+, TikTok, Zoom, Adobe Creative Cloud, and on Windows 11.

A new experience for gamers

Windows 11 brought up several significant changes for PC gamers. DirectX 12 Ultimate supports, which offers immersive graphics at high frame rates. For a better visual experience, Auto HDR is also supported, which Microsoft says will offer a wider, more vivid range of colors. To the graphics card the game’s assets loaded directly, instead of through the CPU, Direct Storage will be there, which will offer faster load times. Windows 11 also has a built-in Xbox app. Users will be able to access “over 100 high-quality” games and stream titles via Xbox cloud gaming all the Xbox Game Pass.

A new multitasking experiences

Windows 11 brought up new changes like new Snap Layouts, Snap Groups, and Desktops to offer a better way to multitask. Creating separate Desktops and customizing them to their liking is the new option provided for Users. For example, you can have a Desktop for gaming, work, or school.

Widgets

The updated widgets that can slide over your desktop to show you news, calendar, weather, to-do list, and your recent photos have been added by Windows 11. In case you want to see everything at once, you will also be able to view the widgets on full-screen. To add or remove widgets, users can do it anytime they want.

“Phones are used on a daily basis to check notifications, weather, and news. Now, a similarly curated view directly from your desktop can open. Like a sheet of glass so it does not disrupt what you are doing, when you open your personalized feed it slides across your screen,” the company said.

Refreshing look

A new refreshing look would be seen in Windows 11. The Start menu at the center and rounded corners on menus, after upgrading to the new Windows OS, users will notice. To the center, default icons such as Edge and File Explorer. The option to change the position of these apps and move the Start button to its original place is also a new feature added in Windows 11.

In Windows 10, the Live Tiles you might have seen will not be in Window 11 in the updated start menu. But the new change that you will see is some recommended apps at the bottom. A dedicated search button as well so that users can search for their favorite apps and preloaded functions.

So, these are some of the significant changes that will be observed in Windows 11. After the launch, Microsoft has reached $2 trillion in company market capital. Windows 11 has provided a modern look. Most people have liked the new version settings and design quality too.
